1. The item I want is sold out, are you re-stocking or are they gone forever?

Send us a message via contact us page or email us at sales@themintaviaryboutique.com and we will inform you if we are re-stocking the item. In the meantime, keep an eye on our Instagram (@mintaviaryboutique) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/mintaviaryboutique/) pages for all restocked styles.

2. I am unsure about a size. Where do I find information?

Please see our Size Guide for garment sizing and how to measure your size. If you still have a specific question, please feel free to send us a message on our 'contact us' page or email us at sales@themintaviaryboutique.com

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship globally to ensure customers from overseas can purchase anything that catches their eyes! However, we do not ship to some countries including Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Yemen.

4. Does your store accept VISA gift cards?

Absolutely yes!

5. What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment by Credit card, Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal and Afterpay. Unfortunately we do not accept Amex or Diners.

6. What do I do when I have received a faulty item?

In the event of a manufacturing fault, we are happy to refund, repair, replace, exchange or credit the goods. Goods must be returned to us within the set out time frame as per our return policy page. After inspection, if your garment is deemed faulty, a refund will be processed back into the original form of payment only (Credit Card, Paypal or Store Credit)
