We endeavour to process and ship your order as soon as possible. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed by you online . Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Delivery may be delayed during sale or promotional periods.

MINT AVIARY ships worldwide excluding Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Yemen.
Delivery time excludes custom clearance delays for your country.
International Custom Fees*
All international deliveries are subject to custom clearance and you are required to pay for any unforeseen custom charges or handling fees (please refer to terms & conditions). These costs are not included in the shipping cost.

We highly recommend contacting your local customs office if you are not sure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are associated with the order that you want to place with us.
The Mint Aviary Boutique is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer reimbursements for these costs as it is solely the customer's responsibility.
Once your order has arrived at your country and if you refuse a shipment from The Mint Aviary Boutique, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on your package and the cost of returning the package to The Mint Aviary Boutique. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If the return cost exceeds the value of your order, the package will be abandoned and destroyed at the custom and you will not be entitled to any refund.
All shipments include tracking codes. Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the progress of your order. Should you have any concerns with your delivery including delays, please kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this asap. We are here to help!
Customers must provide complete and accurate details when placing orders. We are not liable for an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us by the courier company due to an incorrect delivery address having been given by a customer, the cost associated with re-shipping the order is the responsibility of the customer.
All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes or custom duties for international orders.
